About me

Already during my German studies with a minor in Applied Cultural Studies and Cultural Activities, I worked in the Department of Relationship Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where I supervised the awarding process of prizes and awards from various foundations. At the same time, I volunteered for various integration projects where I supported the participants as moderator of small language groups and later as project coordinator for the acquisition of the German language as well as for everyday problems during the integration, I created curricula and coordinated the project processes with other volunteers. I graduated with a master's degree, and, for professional reasons, moved to a university again. At the University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim, I took over the position of area assistant for the area of industrial engineering for 1.5 years and took care of committee meetings, course administration as well as financial and personnel planning and the coordination of various projects. Grown up in a family-run funeral home, my strong service orientation and willingness to work for others developed early on. During my studies, I used my analytical as well as organizational skills.

This is the perfect combination of features for my current position in ChallengeIT where I have been working since May 2018 as a consultant. In this function, I handle with great dedication all requests and concerns of my clients. At the same time, I also analyze customer inquiries and offer suggestions for optimizing processes more efficiently.
