After my vocational training in the hotel sector with a leading international hotel chain I was working three years in a managerial capacity at the reception and in accounting. During this period, I learned to deal with the most different customer needs and requirements with a high degree of service orientation, to keep a cool head and to keep the overview even in hectic moments. In accounting, I discovered my analytic skills and my predilection for figures. I could subsequently apply these skills in various positions, among others in the support supervision of accounting (accounts receivable / accounts payable) at HRS where I was employed for a total of 15 years and assisted and supervised the digitization process for paperless payment transactions.
Since 15 March 2018, I am working with ChallengeIT as team coordinator and the right hand of management. In that capacity, I am assuming tasks in controlling, accounting and team administration. As an interface to the team, I am in contact with all our clients as well.
