About me
I'm the managing director of ChallengeIT GmbH and have been working as a freelance consultant since 2007. Prior to making the shift to IT consulting in 2005, I spent five years working in bank customer service at the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, most recently as a project manager and service-level manager as well as an additional five years in the IT department.
